Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and engaging Presenter to join our team at the Neat Executive Briefing Center (EBC). In this role, you will be the face and voice of Neat for customers and partners across the AMER region , delivering both in-person and virtual experiences that showcase the power, simplicity, and innovation of Neat’s solutions.
You will host interactive demos, lead virtual tours, and tailor presentations to diverse audiences—from IT leaders to end users—ensuring they leave with a clear understanding of how Neat can transform their collaboration experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and deliver high-energy product demonstrations and tours in the Neat EBC, both in-person and virtually.
• Engage with audiences across AMER adapting tone and style to regional differences.
• Present Neat’s value proposition, product features, and unique customer benefits with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align messaging and presentation flow.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Neat’s products and partner platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
• Ensure the EBC environment is presentation-ready and technically flawless for every session.
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve future sessions and enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in presenting, hosting, or customer-facing roles (e.g., presenter, trainer, demo specialist, or similar).
• Strong communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Confident and professional on camera with excellent virtual presentation skills.
• Knowledge of video collaboration platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) a strong advantage.
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
