Print Project - Coordinator

This position works with a variety of staff to help coordinate daily purchasing/estimating activities for our in-house leaflets and booklets. Must have strong computer skills, time management and have attention to detail!

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to order all outsourced leaflets and booklets.
  • Coordinate vendor’s delivery schedule with company production schedule.
  • Keep Customer Service informed of delivery dates and/or issues or concerns.
  • Verify job tickets to make sure all components are correct.
  • Verify quantity and price submitted by the estimating department.
  • Receive daily schedule from vendors to verify product received.
  • Verify daily schedule from vendors for all updates or revisions.
  • Review confirmations from vendors and make adjustments as needed.
  • Confirm all prices are correct for all purchase orders.
  • When orders are confirmed received, check to verify that Label Traxx has been updated.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to job function and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’S).
  • Comply with all company policies.
  • Must be available for OT as needed.

Knowledge/Skills

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Math skills used in a business/accounting setting.
  • Min of 2 years of computer experience, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Knowledge of basic printing processes.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner and work well under pressure.
  • Must be able to multi-task efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and exhibit good problem solving skills.
  • Commitment to company values.
