LOCATION: Portland, OR (parking offered)

SALARY: $60k-$70k yearly

SCHEDULE: Direct Hire/ Full time: Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn product lines, customer base, vendor contacts, and internal procedures.

• Communicate with international customers, vendors, and internal team members.

• Obtain vendor pricing and generate quotes including freight.

• Enter and process customer orders accurately in NetSuite.

• Read and interpret mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC specifications and drawings.

• Identify and build relationships with new vendors as needed.

• Organize and manage high volumes of documentation and communication.

• Prioritize multiple tasks and communicate conflicts or delays with the team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a buy/sell product sales environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage high volumes of paperwork and maintain detailed filing systems.

• Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.

• Natural curiosity and willingness to research products and solutions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing computer-based tasks.
