Description We're seeking a highly organized and adaptable candidate to support our teams in delivering projects that move quickly and evolve daily. You'll work hands-on with cross-functional product and media operations teams, helping to deliver advertising technology initiatives while also supporting operational teams across VOD, streaming, FAST, and product operations. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, can manage competing priorities, and brings structure to ad-hoc requests without slowing down the pace of execution. You'll balance tactical coordination with strategic collaboration, supporting teams, keeping stakeholders informed, and making workstreams efficient in a constantly shifting landscape. Additional Skills & Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in digital media or technology. - Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint. - Ability to support workshops, define outcomes, and drive execution. - Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities. - Familiarity with PMO processes and tools; ability to contribute to tri-annual planning and reporting activities. - Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to fail fast and iterate. - Ability to "read the room" and tailor communication to diverse audiences. - Experience with both internal and vendor-based delivery models. - Experience working across multiple technology domains within an enterprise organization - Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ) - Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities - Effective written and verbal communication skills - A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools and processes - Proven ability to quickly develop expertise in new technologies and domains to effectively support project teams and understand technical context. - Previous experience working with streaming video and/or video on demand - History of working with advertising technologies - Previous experience working with operational teams Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Inglewood, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
