Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) / Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Location: College Park, Orlando, FL
Schedule: Part Time transitioning to Full Time | Hybrid (In-Office + Remote)

The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — dual certification as PMHNP/FNP is a plus — with at least 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience.

You’ll play a key role in psychiatric medication management, support our Spravato (esketamine) program, perform ADHD evaluations & testing, and contribute to weight-management care. An interest in hormone-replacement therapy (HRT) is preferred, as this service will launch in 2026.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Create, adjust, and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Administer Spravato (esketamine) care per REMS requirements, including screenings and in-clinic observation.
• Support weight-management care through education, medication management, and lifestyle goal-setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• PMHNP required; dual PMHNP/FNP preferred.
• 1+ year of post-graduation clinical experience (required).
• Passion for providing exceptional, compassionate mental health care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a paperless, digital environment.
