We are actively seeking an energetic and experienced front desk receptionist and office administrator at our Norcross, Georgia Branch. This role is to ensure that day to day office administrative functions are carried out. This position will be the primary contact for and responsible for answering phones, general administrative and office clerical functions as well as vendor relations, supply orders, and coordinating office maintenance work orders.

JOB DUTIES

· Answering phone calls and front door

· Assist with general office clerical duties (drafting, copying, scheduling, printing, etc)

· Coordinate and manage vendors, appointments, office events and company meetings

· Purchase office supplies and other supplies for company meetings and events

· Process E-verifications for customers

· Draft, format and communicate relevant company announcements

· Coordinate, plan and arrange company celebrations, including organizing catering orders

**Other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

· Excellent multitasking skills

· Associates Degree or equivalent work experience

· 2+ years of Office Management, Front desk/ Reception, or Administrative Support experience

· 1+ years of experience in an office environment

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills

· Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced role and environment

· Willingness to interact with and support to all levels of management and employees when needed

· Ability to handle confidential information

· Excellent prioritization skills

· Excellent customer service skills
