The Revenue Cycle Manager will support and lead the revenue cycle operations processes including the Accounts Receivable (Billing and Coding) department. The primary goal is to establish and monitor key financial performance indicators in addition to mentor, coach, train and support the billing and coding team to ensure the financial stability of CUC. The overall objective is to ensure the continued success of CUC as the leading provider of Urologic Services in the region through revenue cycle process excellence. This person will be responsible for upholding the standards of service and is expected to model CUC’s Leadership Values every day, to grow and develop our existing talented team. The Revenue Cycle Manager will work closely with the Scheduling Operations Manager and Clinical Operations Manager and will report directly to the CEO.
