Salary: $97,000 - 190,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates with varying levels of experience, from Consultant II to Expert. Here’s what we need from you:
• 5 to 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ core development (workflow rule or equivalent).
• Over 5 years of strong expertise in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• A solid understanding of infrastructure components, including operating systems (Windows/Linux), relational databases, and application hosting frameworks.
• Familiarity with IAM principles such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access reviews, and policy management.

Responsibilities:

• In the SailPoint Engineer/Developer position, you will:
• Design, develop, and maintain connectors, custom workflows, rules, and APIs within SailPoint IdentityIQ to facilitate automated provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
• Integrate SailPoint IIQ with LDAP-based directories, web services, SAP, and cloud platforms.
• Configure modules like Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager to meet complex business and compliance requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve integration and configuration issues across various multi-environment IAM landscapes to ensure stability and compliance.
• Contribute to Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitHub and Jenkins, supporting agile development and release cycles.
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing work demands, including providing coverage when needed.

This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Desirable skills include experience with IAM tools such as IdentityNow, Saviynt, or Entra ID Governance, relevant certifications like CompTIA Security+ or SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer, and experience integrating with directories (AD, LDAP), identity providers, HR systems, databases, and numerous applications.
