Thank you for your interest in Cognizant career opportunities._ **About the role** As a SAP S4HANA Program Manager, you will make an impact by leading large-scale SAP transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of complex SAP initiatives while aligning with business objectives and industry best practices. You will be a valued member of the SAP Program Management team and work collaboratively with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners. **In this role, you will:** + Oversee end-to-end SAP program execution, including planning, governance, and stakeholder management. + Lead SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. + Apply deep knowledge of utility processes (billing, customer service, asset management, meter-to-cash) to SAP program design. + Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to align program goals with organizational strategy. + Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and SAP standards. **Work model: Based in the US** **What you need to have to be considered** + 10+ years of SAP program/project management experience, with at least 5 years in Utilities/ISU. + Hands-on experience leading ECC to S/4HANA migration projects. + Deep understanding of SAP ISU and utility industry processes. + Proven ability to lead large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leadership. **These will help you stand out** + Experience with SAP Activate methodology. + PMP or equivalent project management certification. + Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks. + Exposure to change management and organizational transformation initiatives. + Ability to manage vendor relationships and multi-disciplinary teams. **Salary and Other Compensation** This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. *Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future* *Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future* *Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future* **Benefits** + Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance + Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off + 401(k) plan and contributions + Long-term/Short-term Disability + Employee Stock Purchase Plan **Disclaimer** The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
