We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support end-to-end analytics projects—from data preparation and analysis to reporting and strategic insight. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with the ability to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and communicate findings clearly to both clients and management.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to independently manage client communications, data challenges, and project execution from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
Data Acquisition & Management
  • Independently acquire and structure data from primary and secondary sources to support internal analysis and meet client requirements.
  • Take full responsibility for reviewing and cleansing unstandardized client data to ensure accuracy, validity, completeness, and consistency in alignment with internal data integrity standards.
  • Perform regular bulk uploads and manage large data files and databases efficiently, proactively resolving any data discrepancies.
  • Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract, analyze, and manage data from relational databases efficiently
  • Conduct manual data entry and document audits as needed to maintain high-quality data standards with little to no supervision.
Analysis & Reporting
  • Conduct detailed and independent client analyses using appropriate models and methodologies, with full accountability for meeting regulatory compliance standards.
  • Prepare and validate import/export datasets to ensure alignment with complex and evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Test and compare multiple analytical models with varying parameters to determine the most effective outcomes.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, and communicate those insights clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Create and deliver high-quality, well-documented reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders and external clients without the need for oversight.
Project & Client Management
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings with confidence, handling all aspects of communication, documentation, and project coordination.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for gathering documentation and data, and manage client expectations professionally and proactively.
  • Create, maintain, and update client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with full autonomy.
  • Take initiative to monitor and manage action items for ongoing accounts, and support cross-functional teams with data preparation and testing in internal systems.

  • Strong understanding of data manipulation, analysis, and visualization techniques
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
  • Attention to detail and a natural curiosity to dig deep into data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing scenarios
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems independently, and deliver consistent results with minimal supervision
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
