What You’ll Do

Brand Strategy & Positioning – Elevate your brand voice and sharpen your value proposition to resonate across multiple touchpoints (web, social, video, events).

Digital & Performance Marketing – Design and execute high-converting multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and search (SEO/SEM).

Content Leadership – Lead the editorial calendar, shape compelling thought leadership, and craft creative, on-brand content that resonates with and attracts like-minded, purpose-driven audiences.

Marketing Analytics & Optimization – Track performance, analyze KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve engagement, lead generation, and ROI.

Campaign Management – Launch digital recruitment and lead-generation campaigns, participate in training webinars, and global virtual/in-person activations.

Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner across our team and time zones to ensure brand consistency and deliver exceptional client experiences.

What You Bring

✔️ 5+ years of experience in senior-level marketing, digital strategy, or brand consulting roles—preferably in the coaching, leadership development, or success education space.

✔️ Demonstrated success scaling digital brands through organic and paid media.

✔️ Advanced experience with MarTech tools (CRM's, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, Canva/Adobe, and AI content platforms).

✔️ A creative, growth-oriented mindset and an ability to transform data into compelling marketing strategies.

✔️ Executive-level communication skills and a proven ability to guide thought leadership and brand storytelling.

✔️ A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a desire to work in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
