**Responsibilities:**Author and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDDs), process definitions, and other automation artifacts to support development and knowledge transferCollaborate with business analysts, process SMEs, and testers to ensure automations align with business requirements and deliver measurable value **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of progressive development experience; OR a Master’s degree and 2 years of relevant work experience: OR 10 years of relevant work experience in the IT fieldAt least 3+ years as a Robotic Process Automation developer– UiPath highly preferred, Federal ecosystem experience preferredExperience leading the configuration, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions using Agile methodologies Demonstrated experience with Python and Object-oriented languages, scripting and database query languagesStrong communication, presentation, and organization skills; multi-tasking and time management skills are essentialMust be a US Citizen per contract requirementsAbility to obtain and maintain government Secret security clearance as required by contract Knowledge of UiPath tools Orchestrator and Maestro * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans* Flexible Spending Account* 4% 401K Match (immediate vesting)* Paid Time Off* Tuition reimbursement, certification programs, and professional development* Flexible work schedule* On-site gym and childcare option #J-18808-Ljbffr
