North Fork Table & Inn   is a beloved East End destination, celebrated for showcasing the very best of Long Island’s farms, vineyards, and surrounding waters. Located in a historic countryside home in   Southold, Long Island , the restaurant offers an intimate, seasonal dining experience rooted in exceptional hospitality.

We are seeking professional, service-driven Servers to join our Front of House team. Ideal candidates are warm, detail-oriented hospitality professionals who thrive in a refined service environment and are passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.

The Server is a guest-facing position responsible for providing polished, attentive, and knowledgeable table service. Servers guide guests through the dining experience with confidence and care, anticipate needs, and uphold the service standards that define North Fork Table & Inn.

• Deliver a welcoming, attentive, and elevated dining experience for every guest, consistently upholding the restaurant’s hospitality standards

• Guide guests through food and beverage menus, confidently describing dishes, ingredients, and sourcing while making thoughtful recommendations

• Anticipate guest needs and preferences to create meaningful connections and foster positive guest relationships

• Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring dietary restrictions and allergies are clearly communicated

• Serve food and beverages with proper timing, presentation, and attention to detail

• Complete all opening and closing side work thoroughly, efficiently, and with care

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned tables, stations, and service areas

• Collaborate closely with culinary, beverage, and Front of House teams to ensure seamless service flow

• Maintain composure and professionalism during high-volume or high-expectation services

• Support fellow team members as needed to ensure an exceptional overall guest experience

• Minimum of one year experience as a Server in an upscale or fine dining environment

• Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Warm, personable, and confident communicator with a genuine passion for hospitality

• Adaptable and efficient, able to think on their feet and respond to changing service demands

• Committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality service at all times

• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift and carry up to 25 pounds

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
