Wilson Ford Lincoln is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Shuttle Driver to join our team in Saginaw, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting customers to and from our service department, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. • Transport customers to and from the dealership and designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the shuttle vehicle.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers during pick-up and drop-off.
• Follow all traffic laws, dealership policies, and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the service department to coordinate shuttle schedules and updates.
• Report any vehicle maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience as a driver preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate Saginaw, MI and surrounding areas efficiently.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
