Job Description

Koala Tea in Oklahoma City, OK is looking for one shift lead to join our team. We are located on 4236 NW Expressway Suite 112. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. Prefer prior experience in managing at similar jobs, but willing to train those who are qualified and the right fit. Flexible scheduling. Pay is hourly wages + tips!!!

Must have weekend night availability!

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
• Ensure team members are following guidelines and protocols set forth by the manager and owners.
• Close out register and deposit cash at the end of the night.
• Manage 2-3 staff members a shift to provide customers the service that is expected at Koala Tea.
• Handle customer/staff issues as needed in the immediate.

 

Qualifications

• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Fast learner
• Must have weekend availability including Sundays and evening availability
