Superintendent - Commercial Interiors / Tenant Improvement Location: Phoenix, AZ

A well-established and reputable commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee interior build-out and tenant improvement projects across the Phoenix metro area. This is a permanent position with long-term growth potential.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead daily site operations for fast-paced commercial interior and TI projects

Coordinate and supervise all field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers

Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards

Manage safety compliance, inspections, and documentation

Interface with clients, architects, and project managers throughout project lifecycle

Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in commercial construction

Proven track record managing interior/tenant fit-out projects in sectors like office, retail, or healthcare

Strong knowledge of project scheduling, safety regulations, and field coordination

Solid communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades efficiently

OSHA 30 preferred
