Marketing Summer Internship The Marketing Summer Internship Program is an opportunity to experience what it’s like to be a full-time IREG employee with meaningful experience that compliments your current coursework. Through an experiential and structured approach to learning, interns will gain real-life marketing experience in the senior housing and multi-family industry. IREG’s Summer Internship is a paid, 10-12-week, part time or full-time internship in our corporate office in Southlake, Texas.

- You will work with a Supervisor, an Executive Mentor, a Peer Mentor and an Internship Coordinator to support, guide and teach you throughout your internship.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms tailored to Senior Living and Multifamily audiences.
- Support the execution of paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns using automation platforms to nurture lead databases and maintain prospect engagement.
- Monitor social media and email campaign analytics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand guidelines and community-specific goals.
- Research industry trends and competitor strategies to inform creative and effective marketing approaches.
- Assist with content creation, including graphics, copywriting, and video snippets, using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support other marketing initiatives as needed, such as website updates or event promotions.
Required Qualifications: - High School diploma.
- A cumulative 3.0 GPA minimum.
- Available to complete at minimum a 10-week summer program, starting in June and ending in August.
- Ability to work a min of 30 hours / week.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, leadership skills and ability to multi-task.
