TITLE:  Solution Consultant

LOCATION: New York City (hybrid) or Fully Remote in the United States

SALARY : $120,000 - $150,000 base, plus incentive pay (based on NYC, will be adjusted for geo)

The Role:

Canoe Intelligence is looking for a client-facing Solutions Consultant to play a critical role in post-sales solutioning, technical enablement, and strategic implementation planning for our enterprise clients. Acting as the bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success, you’ll help prospective and existing clients understand how Canoe’s platform can be tailored to meet their technical and operational needs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, deep empathy for users, and a knack for translating business requirements into scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with Sales and Business Development to support technical discovery and solution design during the pre- and post-sales process
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, helping them understand how Canoe’s platform integrates into their existing architecture and workflows
  • Create and present solution architecture documentation, demos, and implementation roadmaps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Translate complex client requirements into clear, feasible configurations and implementation plans
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities based on client needs and market feedback
  • Work closely with Client Onboarding and Client Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful deployments
  • Stay current with Canoe’s evolving platform capabilities, continuously improving internal documentation and playbooks
  • Represent Canoe’s technical capabilities at client meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in a Solutions, Sales Engineering, or Implementation Consulting role within a SaaS or data-focused company
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, data pipelines, and enterprise system design
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences
  • Comfortable leading client discovery conversations and adapting solutions to unique client environments
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep empathy for clients and a solutions-oriented mindset
