Get to Know Your Team:
- Hillcrest Hospital Pryor is a 48-bed acute care hospital that provides a range of health care services to the community, including emergency services, urology, ENT, gastroenterology, cardiology, orthopedics, general surgery and wound care.
Responsibilities - Operate the ultrasound scanners.
- Transporting patients to and from the department.
- Scheduling patients, answering questions, and calling exam reports.
- Must be able to maintain a high standard of imaging.
- Must be able to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
- Keep a helpful attitude toward patients, their families, office personnel, physicians, and associates.
- Must be able to coordinate patient prepping and scanning to maximize smooth patient flow.
Qualifications Job Requirements
- Technical or Associates degree, formal training in Sonography
- Must be registered by RDMS/ARRT or must have completed an accredited Medical Sonography Program and be ARDMS/ARRT registry eligible. Must obtain registry within one year of hire. Successful completion of the SPI examination preferred.
Preferred Job Requirements
- One (1) year relevant experience
