Job Description

SERVICE AND SALES ASSISTANT TO SPANISH SUPERVISOR

Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Must be able to work Saturdays and most Holidays
Must be able to advocate for customer when dealing with the service department.
Keep paperwork organized
Knowledge in: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Docusign, and Canva
Follow instructions to help collect customer money
Fast learner
Able to work under fast speed and pressure
Must have a clean driving record
Email communications skills, send, reply and follow up.
Knowledge with the following communication apps: GODADDY and WHATSAPP
Able to follow directions and communications under supervisor

Starting $16 per hour
