As a Marketing and Promotions Associate, you will work directly with and report to the Marketing Manager. This may involve researching target markets, participating in product knowledge seminars and morning meetings, and providing direct customer service and sales support to consumers. You can expect to gain insight into innovative marketing and communications strategies through full participation in company activities and directives.
Essential duties and responsibilities include assisting Account Managers with customer interactions and sales support, assisting with the launch of new campaigns and products, accurately inputting customer data and tracking sales records, attending and learning all product knowledge for clients, and applying it in actual consumer interactions and marketing initiatives. You'll also develop skills in training, coaching, and leadership, and may be assigned additional duties as needed.

We coordinate all routine aspects of customer orders, requests, and inquiries, identify and use internal resources as needed to complete tasks, support team goals, and are receptive/flexible/adaptable to change. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service, customer solutions, and/or sales experience, as well as effective decision-making skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to deliver timely and accurate information to customers and internal business partners. You should also have a strong understanding of our client's products and services and be able to recognize and respond to new/additional opportunities for existing customers.
