Role Descriptions:
Design and implement scalable data architectures to support business needs.
Define data standards, guidelines, and best practices for data modeling, integration, and management.
Develop and maintain data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) for enterprise systems.
Oversee data governance, data quality, and data security initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Evaluate and recommend data management tools, platforms, and technologies.
Ensure data solutions align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Support data migration, integration, and transformation projects.
Monitor and optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing performance.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering and analytics teams.
