Our 120-person team of creatives, strategists, and innovators produces thousands of high-impact campaigns weekly for the world’s leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global influencer network, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2025—and we need a Studio Production Manager who can run our physical production engine at warp speed.

Efficiency, output, and operational excellence are your playground. As the Studio Production Manager, you are mission control for our 50,000 sq. ft. DTLA production facility. You are the bridge between ambitious creative ideas and flawless on-set execution. You’ll manage the stages, the crews, the gear, and the schedules, turning our 10x output goal into a physical reality.

What You’ll Do
Manage all scheduling, logistics, and operations for our 50,000 sq. ft. multi-stage studio.
Oversee all in-house production equipment, prop, and wardrobe inventory, managing check-outs and returns.
Maintain relationships with production vendors (rentals, catering, etc.) and manage all studio-related purchasing.
Handle all pre-production and on-set logistics for multiple, simultaneous in-studio shoots.
Source, book, and manage on-set crews (DPs, Gaffers, Grips, PAs, etc.).
Create and distribute call sheets, manage production schedules, and ensure shoots run on time.
Track and manage physical production budgets for in-house shoots.
Handle all necessary COIs (Certificates of Insurance) and permits as needed.
Ensure all assets are captured and delivered to the post-production team correctly.
Build, implement, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for studio use, asset management, and on-set protocols to maximize efficiency, safety, and output.
Who You Are
3–6 years of experience in on-set production management, studio operations, or line producing, ideally in a fast-paced agency or commercial environment.
You have a deep understanding of on-set roles, equipment, and workflows.
You can juggle multiple shoots, call sheets, crews, and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
You are a master of details, from budget lines to equipment lists.
You can command a set, manage a crew, and clearly communicate status updates to internal executives.
You are professional, direct, and collaborative.
You thrive in the fast-paced, high-growth environment of a live set.
You are a natural problem-solver who anticipates issues and pivots gracefully.
You are proficient in budgeting and project management tools.
