Must Haves:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or order fulfillment/management
  • Zendesk ticketing system experience
  • Microsoft AX experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Description:

  • Work in a team environment to provide high quality service to customers
  • Collaboration with Internal and external partners on home delivery related matters
  • Provide accurate tracking of all customer orders
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems related to home delivery
  • Reviewing orders
  • Handling different form types coming in from customers
  • Handling delivery schedules
  • Helping with invoices and putting them into the system
  • Partnering with finance, pricing, and sales teams
