This is a Hybrid Position - NO REMOTE Position available.

We are currently hiring candidates who are authorized to work on our W2.

Candidate with previous state/govt client experience is preferred.

Most weeks will be 32 hours but there is a chance some weeks may be less. Please do not submit remote candidates and make sure your candidates are 100% clear on the hours and onsite requirement before submitting.

Hybrid, 2 days onsite/2 remote.

Position Description

The position is responsible for working with end users across the office to understand their technology needs to improve their business processes and help them become more efficient.

Examples of work in this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Business needs requirements gathering.
• Aligning staff with available technology tools to meet their needs.
• Workflow development for the use of technology and staff business needs.
• Conducting staff training on the various technology tools that are available to them.

Required Skills/Experience

• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to convey technical processes into business practices

Preferred/Not Required

• Experience with gathering business requirements
• Experience with Smartsheet
• End user assistance with various software
