Technical Project Manager – SaaS Implementation Expert (Coppell, TX)

This is a full-time, client-facing implementation role for technically fluent project leaders who thrive in fast-paced software environments, are passionate about solving complex integration challenges, and love being at the center of product deployment and client success.

The Opportunity

Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Coppell, TX – Hybrid Onsite (DFW local strongly preferred)

Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time

Role Overview

This is not your run-of-the-mill implementation PM gig. You'll be at the helm of deploying cloud-native AP automation platforms across diverse ERP environments. You’ll partner with internal developers, external IT teams, finance stakeholders, and third-party platforms to lead full-cycle implementations — from scoping and solution design to configuration, delivery, and hand-off.

You’ll be:

• Running concurrent projects across various verticals with hands-on configuration ownership
• Scoping technical integrations, defining API endpoints, and aligning ERPs and workflows
• Acting as both solution architect and client-facing project lead
• Delivering clarity, confidence, and results across every onboarding phase

What You Bring

We’re seeking tech-savvy, client-obsessed PMs who:

• Are confident leading cloud software implementations in ERP-heavy environments
• Speak fluently across technical and business domains
• Know how to configure workflows and escalate edge-case technical blockers without friction
• Excel at documentation, process discipline, and post-go-live support readiness

Must-Have Capabilities

• 1+ year of project management in a SaaS implementation setting (bonus for AP automation or ERP experience)
• Exposure to ERP tools like Sage Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks Online
• Experience working with APIs, scripting, or custom integrations (JavaScript or REST a plus)
• Ability to translate tech into impact for both clients and internal teams
• Comfort with project tools like Jira, Wrike, Salesforce, or similar
• High-level communication and presentation skills (webinars, live demos, solution walkthroughs)

• Bilingual (Spanish/French)
• Prior pre-sales technical scoping exposure
