About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our reach in the commercial cleaning industry. This is a remote position where you'll engage with potential clients, follow up on proposals, and support marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do

Lead Generation & Client Outreach

Make outbound calls to potential commercial customers to gauge their interest in our services.
Follow up with prospects who have received service proposals to see if they'd like to move forward.
Research and utilize additional lead sources to find new opportunities.

Marketing & Administrative Support

Enter and update customer information in our contact management system.
Send out emails and follow-ups as part of marketing campaigns.
Maintain and update contact lists as needed.

What We're Looking For

Experience: At least two years of experience making outbound marketing calls or handling inbound customer service calls.
Communication Skills: Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone.
Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using contact management software and email tools.

Work Hours & Compensation

Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time (Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time).
Pay: $18/hour + commission opportunities.
