Job Description

The Investment Banking Intern position will require working as part of a team to assist in the completion of corporate finance transactions that include mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and numerous other financial advisory mandates. Job responsibilities will include assisting Analysts in performing financial and valuation analysis, conducting industry and company research, preparing various transaction marketing materials, and contributing to aspects of client interaction and process management. The Investment Banking Analyst Intern position will last approximately 8-10 weeks and commence in May of 2026, upon completion of a candidate’s junior undergraduate year.

Qualifications

‍

• Current student intending to complete a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-oriented or technical major with relevant coursework in finance and/or accounting
• A strong record of academic achievement
• Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement
• Proven ability to work well in a dynamic team environment
• Superior writing and oral communication skills
• Willingness to commit ample time and energy to the position
• Must be permanently eligible to work in the United States ‍

Compensation: $10k/ 8 Full-time weeks, pro-rated at this rate for any additional weeks worked
