Transaction Coordinator

We're looking for a proactive, detail-savvy Transaction Coordinator to help drive the execution of real estate deals from initial opportunity through closing. This role requires a strong communicator and project manager who can juggle multiple deals while collaborating closely with internal departments and external partners.
Core Responsibilities-Transaction Coordinator:
Oversee and track all phases of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and leasing, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and documentation remain on schedule
Work cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Legal, Property Operations, and Construction to align on deal-related priorities
Manage the onboarding process for new tenants, including data collection, system setup, and team coordination
Review and distill lease documents, highlighting key financial terms and conditions for internal stakeholders
Contribute to the development of proposals, letters of intent, and other materials shared with clients or partners
Maintain comprehensive records for each deal, including lease agreements, property documents, and acquisition files
Regularly update internal reports and assist in preparing for weekly deal pipeline meetings
Perform research related to leasing comps, ownership structures, tenant backgrounds, and local market conditions
Communicate directly with brokers, vendors, and prospective tenants to facilitate smooth transaction flow
Participate in process improvement initiatives and assist in refining operational systems and workflows
Additional Duties-Transaction Coordinator:
Join property tours and broker-led events as needed to support deal and leasing efforts
Help coordinate the creation and placement of marketing signage, property images, and promotional collateral
Lend support to one-off initiatives and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a similar discipline—or equivalent work experience
At least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, deal support, or leasing operations; exposure to lease management or tenant services is a plus
Exceptionally organized with the ability to handle multiple active deals and prioritize in a dynamic setting
Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of real estate platforms like CoStar or LoopNet is helpful
Capable of working autonomously and staying proactive within a high-energy, fast-paced environment
