Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of experience in Trusts & Estates, with a strong understanding of business entities. A portable book of business is not required, allowing you to focus on client needs and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive estate planning and asset preservation for clients.
• Oversee business succession planning and the creation of charitable trusts.
• Manage international estate planning and intricate tax strategies.
• Administer estates, utilizing strategies such as GRATs, dynasty trusts, private annuities, installment sales, and post-mortem estate planning.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of advanced Trusts & Estates experience.
• Proven expertise in managing estates valued at over $50 million.
• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning and tax issues.
