Shift: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift (4:00 PM until finished)
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
We are looking for skilled and motivated Beer Pickers with Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience to join our evening warehouse team. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly — accurately pulling beer orders, building stable pallets, and helping the team meet production goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Maintain a minimum of 138 cases per hour while ensuring accuracy and product integrity.
Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) safely and efficiently to move products throughout the warehouse.
Use the ePick system to accurately pull assigned beer orders.
Stack orders using a proper tie-in pattern to lock product together and create a stable pallet .
Wrap pallets securely using multiple layers of plastic wrap for maximum stability.
Stage completed pallets neatly at the designated scale for quality control inspection.
Verify product quality and quantity before staging or loading.
Assist in receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory as needed.
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) — required.
Previous order picking or warehouse experience , especially in beverage or distribution environments.
Ability to lift, stack, and move heavy cases of product safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and productivity.
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
Pay starting at $18/hour .
