About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Solution specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales operations for our debt solutions business unit. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that sales goals are met and exceeded, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the team.
Your primary goal is to assist clients in achieving their financial objectives. You should have a solid background in sales or a related field, along with a deep understanding of financial products and services. You should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be highly organized, with excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business by reaching out to potential clients and promoting our financial products and services.
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and develop customized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
Stay informed about changes in financial markets and regulations.
Contact customers who are behind on their payments and negotiate repayment plans.
Educate customers on debt settlement options and guide them toward the best course of action.
Respond to inquiries promptly and ensure customers are treated fairly and consistently.
Negotiate account settlements within established guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements.
Achieve monthly targets for call volume, successful negotiations, and customer satisfaction.
Work with team members to enhance processes and improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations management, preferably in the debt solutions industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and increasing revenue.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
In-depth knowledge of debt relief options, including consolidation, settlement, and bankruptcy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
