Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of the pastry program—from recipe development and seasonal menu planning to execution and cost reporting.
Produce a rotating selection of baked goods & viennoiserie, both savory & sweet.
Maintain excellent product quality, presentation standards, and consistency across offerings.
Collaborate closely with the culinary and coffee teams to create thoughtful pairings and seasonal specials.
Oversee daily prep, service execution, and inventory for the pastry department.
Train, mentor, and schedule a small team of bakers and pastry assistants.
Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
You Are:
An experienced pastry professional (5+ years, including leadership), ideally with café, bakery, or restaurant background.
Grounded in classical technique but excited to explore bold seasonal flavors, textures, and presentation.
Organized, creative, and consistent—with a strong eye for detail.
Comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Passionate about hospitality and contributing to a collaborative, kind kitchen culture.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with laminated doughs & bread-making.
Familiarity with costing, ordering, and food cost control.
