Shift Availability: Day shift, night shift, overnight shift, weekday shifts, and weekend shifts. Location Requirements: Must be able to commute to Encinitas, CA 92024 (Required). Must be living local to the area which you're applying to. Work location is in-person (Client homes throughout San Diego County). Key Responsibilities: * Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting * Perform safe transfers using gait belts and other mobility support techniques * Assist with bedbound care: repositioning, hygiene, incontinence care, skin integrity * Support clients with meal preparation, cooking, diet knowledge * Follow care plans and track/document client health changes accurately * Offer companionship, emotional support, and professional presence * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams * Provide care in hospice settings (experience is a plus) * Light housekeeping Required Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience * Must be proficient in: * Gait belt usage
