From motivating the team to delivering next-level service, you're the heartbeat of our hospitality magic.
The Housekeeping Manager is basically the right-hand hero to our Executive Housekeeper-think of them as the co-captain of the "sparkle squad." Together, they lead the charge in keeping our hotel spotless, our laundry fluffy, and our guests smiling.
From inspecting rooms to training room attendants (and yes, rolling up their sleeves to clean when needed), this role is all about making sure every corner shines. But it's not all dusters and vacuums-there's also some behind-the-scenes magic, like ordering supplies, juggling inventory, and crafting schedules.
At the end of the day, the Housekeeping Manager's superpower is delivering perfectly prepped rooms that are guest-ready, hitting all the brand's standards for time, quality, and presentation. In short: you'll make "wow" moments possible, one clean room at a time.
Speak, read, and write fluently and proficiently in English and Spanish.
2+ years of supervisory superpowers in a hotel environment.
