**Location** SD, Sioux Falls **Specialty** Psychiatry **Visas Accepted** N/A **Practice Details** Sanford Virtual Hospital is seeking a BE/BC General Psychiatrist to join the practice. * All shifts will be CST * Schedule is flexible: rotate between nights and weekends * Compensation plan: virtual psychiatrists are on a shift based plan * Hourly rate = $189 * Includes a retention incentive for qualified candidates: $75,000 retention incentive forgiven over 3 yrs * Cover real-time ER needs in both a teritary center and rural critical access hospitals * Patient rounding on behavioral health units and consulting on medical floors during the weekend * General Psychiatry (see ages 5+ and Adult) * Support from local clinician and nurse * REMOTE, opportunity, psychiatrist can live/work virtually (from home office) in a number of states with some exclusions * Candidate will need to obtain IA, MN, ND, and SD medical licenses and obtain privileges supporting the enterprise **Compensation Package** Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME dollars, malpractice insurance and tail coverage **About this Community** The organization's transformational virtual care initiative brings care close to home.
