Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and onboarding top talent to support Freedom Regained's mission. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with managers to align on team requirements and goals.
Creating strategic sourcing plans to attract the best candidates.
Proactively sourcing candidates through channels such as social media, LinkedIn, and job boards.
Conducting interviews and guiding candidates through the onboarding process.
Building strong, long-lasting relationships with team members and stakeholders, ensuring a positive team engagement journey.
